Pre-Sales Questions

• Q01-1002:  Is there an upgrade to RealFlight G2 available?
• Q01-1053:  I want to purchase Add-On 3, do I need to purchase Add-On 1 and 2 first?

Installation Issues

• Q01-1001:  After successfully installing, there is no icon on the desktop or files in the RealFlight folder.
• Q01-1016:  I am attempting to install version 1.20.071 of RealFlight and have received the following error message: "Please insert the XXXXX CD-ROM, select OK and restart the application.”

Graphics Issues or Difficulties

• Q01-1004:  The program seems to load acceptably, however, after a while I experience a DirectSound (DirectDraw, or Page Fault) error.
• Q01-1014:  When using a TNT or TNT 2 card with DirectX 7, the RealFlight program no longer responds.
• Q01-1063:  Graphics problems with the ATI Radeon video card

• Q01-1005:  The program 'freezes', stops or suddenly hesitates without an error message.
