Problems with JR PCM-10 channel radios with the Interface

Answer

If you are having difficulties with your JR PCM-10 radio, please refer to Article Q01-1022: Unable to acknowledge the transmitter.  If your problem is still not resolved, you might have an older Transmitter Interface that is not compatible with JR PCM-10 series radios.  Please contact Product Support for information on how to exchange your Interface for a newer version.
