Resolution

The upgrade from your previous operating system to Windows XP may have erased the serial numbers for your software. To restore the serial numbers it will be necessary to partially reinstall the respective software. This includes the Add-Ons disks, if applicable.

Follow the standard installation procedure for the software. When the software asks you to enter your serial numbers do so. After entering the serial numbers, click the Next button. You may now click Cancel and Exit the installation procedure. The serial numbers will be saved in their respective location and should allow the program to run once again.
