I can’t recall my password to access the online registration. What can I do?

Resolution

We will reset the password for you; however, we need to verify your information in order to do so. Please fill out the information request form below. After the form is filled out in its entirety, please press the Submit button to transfer the information to us.

Upon verification of the provided information, we will reset the password on your behalf. Please re-register your software once again and select a new password. The verification process generally takes a few hours, but please allow up to one business day for a response from our staff.
