If the online resources are unable to resolve your difficulty, there are several ways to contact us directly:

  • Product Support- Great Planes. Our Product Support staff is able to provide you with one-on-one assistance to answer questions or diagnose and resolve many issues such as: program installation, controller and/or interface difficulties, defective CD-ROMs, etc. These individuals are a great source of information to assist you in the enjoyment of your software.

  • Bug Report- This page is utilized to submit software bugs which we will attempt to resolve in a future downloadable update. If you wish to receive a rapid response, please contact Product Support.
